Back in 2004, seafront restaurant Due South was an early forerunner of the modern Brighton restaurant scene, serving modern, sustainable food. After a 10-year absence, it’s back under the direction of former Riddle and Finns head chef Mark Wadsworth, who focuses on local produce cooked over open fire.
