New Dawn is a one night only event, celebrating our partnership with Ryan Chetiyawardana, one of the world’s leading drinks experts.
The event is named after the first drink that will be served the night. ‘New Dawn’ is a very special Rum made in the Caribbean and delivered on a boat called the Tres Hombres which Silo chef Douglas McMaster lovingly refers to as The Pirate ship.
Silo has recently undergone a refurbishment introducing a new bar, fully equipped to bring Ryan’s visionary cocktails to life.
‘New Dawn will blur the lines between food and drink and marks the fresh wave of our restaurant in Brighton,’ says McMaster.
